Interesting model, good observation of epidermis effects. Your model is definetly the Stigmata model, right? Maybe that´s a question, as you have been exploring not only the "healthy" state of skin, but also the "decay" or "desease" of epidermic conditions.
The Stigmata beeing a sort of violent intrusion to the protection of the body. Maybe you can formulate a sound argument on the issue. Can be Esthetic, can be form related or it canbe about functionality of tissue entities as such.
